Will is an actor and access consultant.

He is deaf and has performed spoken and signed roles for TV, stage, short films, music videos, commercials, digital and corporate content. Notable credits include Fleabag (BBC), Our Country’s Good (Ramps on the Moon) and as Scrooge (D-Live).

Before acting, Will worked for over a decade on HETV productions, mostly at BBC, in comedy, entertainment, drama, children’s, music, factual and sport.

Will has also provided deaf awareness training whilst working at a crown court and an arts venue. He enjoys volunteering which has included assisting with DDN access at music festivals and being a hospital radio DJ.

From the many years of being the only visible deaf / disabled person in his workplace to more recently acting in two wholly inclusive productions, Will is passionate about inclusion, access and better representation. He believes the industry will benefit from tapping into the rich pool of incredible DDN talent.

Will attended some DANC networking events and loved TripleC positivity, values and community spirt with their championing of DDN talent.

The team are very approachable, supportive and were a lifeline during Covid lockdown; by hosting online interactive workshops with industry leaders.

Subsequently, Will is delighted to be one of TripleC’s deaf access leads – consulting on productions and training the HETV industry in working with deaf and hard of hearing talent. He is also a co host for DANC webinars and masterclasses.
