TripleC is looking to appoint an experienced and expert Personal Assistant to support the company’s two creative leads – Cherylee Houston and Melissa Johns – and to provide occasional PA support for other members of the senior leadership team including TripleC’s Chair, Laurence Clark. This is an access support role.

This will be a part time, flexible role (times and hours to be agreed). We are looking to appoint a self-employed candidate for a period of three months in the first instance. We hope that there will be the opportunity for this to be extended to a longer-term role, subject to agreement on both sides. Fee – in the region of £240 per week (to be confirmed as part of the discussion around hours/availability).

The role responsibilities and person specification is below.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Diary management for the Creative Directors (and for other members of the senior leadership team as required) including meetings and events (in-person, webinars, masterclasses)
  2. Transcribe voice notes into email format and send where relevant
  3. Take notes and action points at key meetings including Board Meetings
  4. Arrange meetings including setting up Zoom links, checking attendee availability, and checking action points
  5. Keep on top of email strands and identify when things need to be followed up
  6. Create written traces of connections made
  7. “Thank you” emails after events/workshops
  8. Link invoices to the finance manager
  9. General admin duties/admin support as and when they arise
