   When industry professionals come to us looking for specific talent, our Talent Manager searches the Talent Finder for individuals who match the skills and experience required for the role. Because the Talent Finder is private, you can rest assured that your information is handled discreetly.

3. Get Contacted
   If your profile fits the needs of a particular project or role, you’ll be contacted by our team. We’ll share the opportunity details with you and, with your permission, send your profile to the industry professional or organization for consideration.

4. Start Collaborating
   Once your profile is shared, the industry professional may reach out directly to discuss the opportunity and next steps. Our team is here to support you throughout the process, ensuring a smooth experience.
