Hi my name is Paul Wilshaw I am Engagement and Advocacy worker at Mind the Gap. I first started out on the Making Theatre training course before a brief stint as an artist with the company. Following a successful internship as assistant producer on ZARA a project about learning disability and parenthood I had continued in that role until November 2024 when I started my new role in the company. I am also host of the Mind the Gap side of the Disability and …. Podcast a collaboration between Disability arts online and Mind the Gap. I am also an actor, Role Player and MC most recently I have been in a new R and D for a show called In Mind and am creating a new show called tap out never submit.

I am part of the Learning disability focus group as part of TripleC I also co-host talks with TV companies about working with learning disabled artists and attend webinars the company are hosting. I also attend DANC event and promote the company.
I am a huge football fan and go to Bournemouth away games and am a big wrestling fan also going to local events.
