Natalie Amber

Having gained her MA at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts , Natalie has worked as an actor and dancer in TV and theatre for over 17yrs. Her recents credits include playing Shelly Rossington in Coronation Street, Katherine in Netflix Fool Me Once, Doctors for BBC Studios, Casualty for BBC Studios, Life BBC, Paranoid RED Productions, and Silent Witness BBC. Natalie is exploring access in dance after being awarded an Arts Council DYCP (Developing Your Creative Practice), working with a number of leading inclusive dance companies around the UK including Stopgap and Surface Area Dance. She is also developing a multimedia theatre piece called Can You Hear Me. Natalie is a disability rights activist, and is the current Chair of Equity’s Deaf and Disabled Members committee. She is also a passionate animal lover, and keen hand cyclist.

At TripleC Natalie is an Associate within our Creative Team. She leads on access and on TripleC’s ten focus groups. Each group represents a different area of lived experience eg deaf, learning disabled, visually impaired, DDN people who experience racism, DDN people from the LGBTQI+ community etc. The groups are vital in ensuring that TripleC’s projects and priorities are shaped by lived experience.
