Katy Boulton

Katy has worked with the Royal Television Society, organising events and awards ceremonies, and still writes for RTS Television Magazine from time to time. She was the Development Manager at the contemporary classical music group Psappha, between 2013 and 2020. Prior to this she was Creative Director of the Nations and Regions Media conference, following an eight year stint with the media regulators Ofcom and the Independent Television Commission. Katy has a background in TV production, having worked with Yorkshire Television, the BBC and major independent production companies, With a degree in music she started her career as an Education Officer at Welsh National Opera. Katy is also an accomplished choral singer, performing with choirs at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester alongside orchestras including the BBC Philharmonic.

Katy joined TripleC in summer 2020 as Strategic Development Manager, and became the company’s Strategy and Operations Lead in 2021. Katy led on TripleC’s successful transition to becoming an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (from April 2023). Katy is TripleC’s “go to” person for operational matters spanning organisational management, fundraising, sponsorship, training/consultancy, and forward planning.
