TripleC is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Project Assistant /Administrator to support the company’s output across a range of exciting projects. The successful applicant will be adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to take the initiative when required in this fast paced industry.
This will be a part time, flexible role (times and hours to be agreed). We are looking to appoint a self-employed candidate for a period of three months in the first instance. There will be the opportunity for this to be extended to a longer-term role (up to three years), subject to agreement on both sides.
Fee – in the region of £240 per week – 2 days a week (to be confirmed as part of the discussion around hours/availability).

The role responsibilities, person specification and how to apply are below.
- Project support duties as directed by the Senior Leadership Team. This might involve: linking freelancers who we work with to relevant members of the team; gathering event-related content; liaising with key industry organisations around TripleC’s training and events; and supporting the development and execution of a range of TripleC projects.
- Book in training, roundtable sessions, and consultation sessions - including liaising with other TripleC team members around access and attendee availability.
- Arrange meetings including setting up Zoom links, checking attendee availability, and checking/prompting to make sure that the agreed action points are followed through.
- Logging key TripleC relationships, noting project stage and prompting follow up as required.
- Diary management support for the Senior Leadership Team - eg coordinating availability. This also involves some managing of the TripleC company diary (supported by the team here).
- Take notes and action points at key meetings including Team Meetings and Board Meetings.
- An understanding of disability equality and equity.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good general IT skills.
- Experience using Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Word and email.
- Diary management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Positive attitude and solution-focussed approach.

- Project management or project assistance experience.
- Experience (in any capacity) in the arts, screen and/or media industry
