Michelle is an actor and Visual Inclusion Specialist with a primary focus on Arts, Screen, Leisure and Culture.

Michelle works with theatres, creatives and collectives to make working practices and performances inclusive and accessible to blind and visually impaired colleagues and audiences. Venues engaged with include The Lowry, Camden People’s Theatre, Theatre Clwyd, Brixton House and Commonwealth Theatre In the Museums, Galleries & Heritage sector, Michelle advises on making exhibitions accessible to blind and visually impaired guests.

Projects include engagements with: British Museum, Wellcome Collection, and National Gallery, London Mithraeum, Harewood House, Knole House and Black Country Living museum.

As an inclusive fitness specialist, Michelle loves delivering audio described dance fitness sessions. She instructs energizers for corporate events and wellbeing team building sessions. Engagements include – Public Health England, Hounslow Council in partnership with RNIB, Avenues Trust, Thomas Pocklington Trust, and Lloyds of London in partnership with Metro Blind Sport. Michelle also delights in delivering movement and dance sessions for Dementia Cafes and Community groups. She is an active member of Employability Strategic Partnership group which is helping to make the Leisure Industry inclusive of disabled people with a focus on recruitment, working practices and training.

As TripleC Blind and Visual Impairment Lead, Michele co-hosts online masterclasses and webinars, engages in round tables and delivers AAA and 5 As training. Round table engagements include BAFTA, and Ingenious Fools Theatre Company. Training delivery include BBC and BFI, and Michelle was a consultant on building access for Spotlight’s, new venue.

She also co-hosts TripleC webinars and online masterclasses and has had the pleasure of hosting Anoushka Lucas – Actor, Playwright, Singer and Songwriter; and John Byrne – Entertainment Industry Career Advisor, Columnist @TheStage, and Director NWM Talent Agency.
